Our therapists are licensed massage therapists (LMTs) in good standing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) under the Texas Massage Therapy Act (Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 455). 7. Location Information

Because hālo+ is a mobile service, we collect the service address you provide at the time of booking (your home, hotel, or office). This address is used solely to dispatch your therapist and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not collect real-time GPS location data from your device.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Appointment records and health intake information are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with standard professional practice and applicable Texas regulations. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us promptly if you believe your information has been compromised.
